YOGA
You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Wild Geese, by Mary Oliver

VOICE
I have worked as a Trauma therapist, Vocal Empowerment Coach, and Kirtan leader for the past 10 years. In these spaces I have seen the power of opening the voice through song, ritual, and affirmation, and the healing power of reclaiming our birthright to joyfully take up space with our voice.
I have first hand witnessed the healing of mind and body when I liberated my voice from the critic and felt the connection to spirit that my chanting practice was providing for me.
I believe chanting supports with this liberation of the soulful self, and activates our personal mission to bring through what is uniquely ours/yours to bring.
I lead group experiences of vocal liberation and soulful self activation.
